Where do I drop my vehicle off?
At 5628 W Clearwater Ave B1, Kennewick, WA 99336, just off W Clearwater Ave. We are appointment-only, so come at your booked time and the bay will be ready for you. There is a Get Directions link in the footer of every page.
Which areas do you serve?
Drivers come to us from right across the Tri-Cities — Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland and the surrounding communities. The shop is in Kennewick and all work is done there.
How long does a detail take?
Plan on roughly 2–3 hours for Wash, Clay & Seal and 3–4 hours for the Ultimate Inside Detail. The full Ultimate Interior & Exterior takes longer depending on your vehicle's size and condition — we'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.
Can I wait while you work?
You are welcome to wait on site, or drop the vehicle and go — whichever suits you. Either way we will call or text you the moment it is ready.
What if the weather is bad on my appointment day?
It makes no difference. Every detail is done inside, so rain, wind and summer dust never touch your appointment — one of the main reasons the work moved into a shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of service. We'll provide an invoice with a detailed breakdown of services performed.
