- Any pricing changes will be communicated and must be approved before service completion whenever possible.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- All appointments require confirmation via phone, email, SMS, or automated messages.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for notifying us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling a service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle or service area prior to service
- Disclose any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, aftermarket parts, or modifications
- Provide reasonable access to the vehicle, including access to keys when needed
- Inspect work upon completion and report concerns promptly (preferably on the same day)
6. Warranty & Liability
A. Workmanship Warranty
We aim to provide high-quality workmanship. Warranty coverage (if applicable) may vary based on:

- Product manufacturer warranties (when applicable)
- Environmental conditions and vehicle use
- Proper aftercare by the customer

B. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colombian Detailing LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage (including scratches, paint defects, rock chips, interior tears, stains, oxidation, fading, rust, etc.)
- Damage caused by aftermarket modifications, defective parts, or prior repairs/paintwork
- Issues resulting from improper care after service or failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Natural events, accidents, theft, or vandalism before, during, or after service
- Items left in the vehicle (customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items)
