Services

We provide auto detailing services by appointment. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change. Final quotes may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and requested add-ons.

Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our external online booking link. Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of service. We may accept cash, card, or other methods. Taxes and processing fees may apply. Deposits, if requested, are applied to the final balance and may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Customer Responsibilities

Please remove personal items and disclose any known issues such as sensitive electronics, aftermarket modifications, or prior damage. We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Provide access to water and electricity if required for mobile services, unless we specify otherwise.

Satisfaction and Limitations

We aim for high-quality results; however, outcomes depend on vehicle age, condition, prior damage, and material limitations. Certain stains, odors, etching, scratches, oxidation, and clear-coat defects may not be fully correctable. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that are discovered during cleaning.

Warranties and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or website will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, and imagery are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
