Paint Correction in the Tri-Cities
Swirl marks are the fine circular scratches that make paint look dull in sunlight. Machine polishing levels them out and restores the deep, mirror-like finish your car had on day one. Free assessment over the phone, then the work happens under proper shop lighting in Kennewick.

Lock In Your Results With Ceramic Coating
Corrected paint is permanent for the defects removed — but new swirl marks can develop through washing and daily wear. A ceramic coating bonds to your freshly corrected paint, creating a water-beading ("hydrophobic") barrier against UV rays, oxidation, and contamination for 1 to 5 years.
Booking a coating instead? 1-Step correction is available as a $250 add-on and 2-Step as a $500 add-on within our ceramic packages.

Paint Correction FAQ
What's the difference between 1-step and 2-step correction?
1-step correction uses a single polishing stage to remove moderate defects — ideal for newer vehicles with light to moderate imperfections. 2-step correction uses both cutting and polishing stages to remove deeper swirls and scratches, perfect for older vehicles or paint with heavier damage.
Will paint correction remove all scratches?
Paint correction can remove or significantly reduce scratches that haven't penetrated through the clear coat. Deep scratches that reach the base coat or primer cannot be fully removed through polishing alone and may require touch-up paint or repainting. We'll always be upfront about what's achievable.
How long do paint correction results last?
The results are permanent for the defects removed, but new scratches and swirl marks can develop over time through washing and normal wear. We highly recommend adding ceramic coating to maintain the corrected finish and prevent new defects.
Is paint correction safe for my vehicle's paint?
Yes, when performed by trained professionals using proper techniques and equipment. We use progressive polishing methods to safely remove only the necessary amount of clear coat to achieve the desired results.
Why is paint correction done at the shop?
Because correction is only as good as the light you can see the defect in. Our Kennewick bays are set up with controlled lighting, so swirls and holograms are caught and levelled properly rather than hidden by sunshine or shadow. That is the difference between paint that looks corrected and paint that is.
Should I get ceramic coating after paint correction?
We highly recommend it! Ceramic coating bonds to your freshly corrected paint, providing long-term protection against UV rays, oxidation, and contamination. It also makes future maintenance easier and helps preserve your paint correction investment for years.
